Torrance Festival of the Arts

The Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation presents the 3rd Annual South Bay Festival of the Arts. Live performances, art displays, demos, craft beer tastings, food and children’s arts & crafts. Seal day

Seal Day is the day that you will want to visit the Los Angeles County’s year-round sea lion hospital. Hermosa Iron Man

The 45th Annual Iron Hermosa Beach Ironman is not your usual ironman. Hundreds of competitors gather on the sand early Wednesday morning for the traditional 4th of July event that combines athletic endurance and drinking stamina. Contestants will run a mile on the sand, paddle a mile in the ocean, and then do their best to drink – and hold down – six cans of beer. On the beach, somewhere in North Hermosa.
